Our 6.3m x 3.8m (24m2) transportable cottage steel framing kit includes wall frames, roof frames, site kit and other related ancillaries (assembly screws, driver bits, gloves, construction plans). Battens, Purlin, Cladding and Roofing can be supplied at an additional cost.

6.3m L x 3.8m W, Stud height at 2.2m raking up to 3m. Studs at 600crs, nogs at 1200crs. Roof at a 12.22-degree pitch. Suitable up to a Very High (VH) wind zone and <1kPa snow load. Bracing not included.

Through our in-house design team we can handle your building consent documentation and amendments of existing plans to suit steel framing if required. With adaptable designs, each of our frames can be customised to fit your own steel framing and construction requirements.

Frames can be supplied as a pre assembled flat pack ready to stand with frame to frame fixings provided, or as a bundle pack for freighting from our factory in Waimate. See our delivery options in the checkout.
